Which one is right

If you need new customers more than you need margin, marketplaces earn their commission. Most restaurants should stay on them — the mistake is letting them become the only channel, because every order then carries a percentage and teaches your guests to order through someone else's brand.

If you only want to stop reprinting laminated menus, a standalone QR menu tool is the honest answer and costs almost nothing. Do not buy an ordering system to solve a printing problem.

If your POS contract has years left and the vendor's ordering module is competent, bundling is reasonable. One supplier is worth something.
